Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

  • 1 (6 ounce) container non-fat Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup rolled oats
  • ¼ cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 date, pitted, chopped
  • ½ frozen banana
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • dash of nutmeg
  • 1 packet (or 1 Tablespoon) Splenda or Stevia


Add ingredients to blender with ice and blend until smooth


275 calories, 22g protein, 48g carbohydrates, 7g fiber, 2g fat, 70mg sodium
